# alloy-it Platform

> CRA operations for manufacturers of products with digital elements: product inventory, SBOM, continuous monitoring, triage, Article 14 evidence, and a rebuild path when a patch is required. Article 14 reporting starts 11 September 2026.

Important notes:

- Prefer the `.md` links in this file over HTML pages; they are the LLM-friendly versions
- alloy-it is not CE-marking software, not a notified body, and does not submit reports to ENISA
- Blueprints / alloy-provisioner are the **reproduce** leg, not the CRA lead for September 2026
- Audience: manufacturer of record (and anyone treated as one after substantial modification). Not for authorised representatives, importers-only, distributors, notified bodies, or authorities
- An `llms.txt` covers URLs under its path; this file covers the whole marketing site at https://www.alloy-it.io/
